Norwich School Board Member

With the resignation of Linda Addante in July, the Norwich Board of School Directors is seeking to fill a seat on the School Board until March 2012. The individual filling this position will also serve as a voting member of the Dresden Board and the SAU 70 Board. Interested Norwich residents should submit a letter of interest, including what background they might bring that would help the Board in its work. Applicants must be registered to vote in town and should be aware of the time commitment to the Norwich, Dresden and SAU 70 School Boards.

Deadline for applications is noon Friday, July 27, 2012. Send a letter to the Norwich School Board, c/o Supt. of Schools, 41 Lebanon Street, Suite 2, Hanover, NH 03755, or e-mail Frank.Bass@sau70.org. All applicants' names will be made public by the School Board. The Board will conduct public interviews on Wednesday, August 1, at the regularly scheduled Board meeting and select a new Board member at the conclusion of that meeting.
