SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2005

Present: Board members Asmus, Bruce, Carter, Chamberlin, Cheney, Fleischer, Gray, Kaplan, Sachsse, Vitt; Administrators Gersen, Weissmann, and Aubin.
Chair Margaret Cheney called the meeting to order at 9:57 p.m.
Nancy Carter moved and Linda Gray seconded a motion to enter nonpublic session in accordance with RSA 91-A:2 (I.b) for discussion of negotiations. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
The Board returned to public session at 10:50 p.m.
Mary Sachsse moved and Nancy Carter seconded a motion to adjourn at 10:51 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 10:51 p.m.
