Approved Minutes
Present: Board members Asmus, Bruce, Carter, Chamberlin, Cheney, Fleischer, Gray, Kaplan, Pilchman, Sachsse, Vitt; Administrators Gersen and Aubin.
1. Call to order
Chair Cheney called the meeting to order at 9:21 p.m.
2. Nonpublic session in accordance with RSA 91-A:2 (I.b) for discussion of negotiations
Kari Asmus moved and John Chamberlin seconded a motion to enter nonpublic session in accordance with RSA 91-A:2 (I.b) for discussion of negotiations. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote (9:22 p.m.).
3. Return to public session
The Board returned to public session at 10:25 p.m.
4. Adjournment
Larry Pilchman moved and Mary Sachsse seconded a motion to adjourn at 10:27 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 10:27 p.m.
