Minutes
Present: Board members Asmus, Bruce, Callaghan, Carpenter, Carter (5:35), Chamberlin, Fleischer (6:00), Gray, Sachsse (5:40), Vitt; Administrator Gersen; and no members of the public.
1. Call to order
Chair Bruce called the meeting to order at 5:16 p.m.
2. Linda Gray moved and John Chamberlin seconded a motion to enter nonpublic session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3 for discussion of personnel matters at 5:16 p.m. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
3. Return to public session
The Board returned to public session at 7:20 p.m.
4. Adjournment
John Chamberlin moved and Carey Callaghan seconded a motion to adjourn at 7:20 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
