Minutes
Present: Board members Asmus, Bruce, Callaghan, Carpenter, Carter, Chamberlin, Fleischer, Gray, Sachsse, Vitt, Williams; Administrator Gersen; and no members of the public.
1. Call to order
Chair Bruce called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
2. Robin Carpenter moved and Linda Gray seconded a motion to enter nonpublic session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3 for discussion of personnel matters at 5:15 p.m. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
3. Return to public session
The Board returned to public session at 7:15 p.m.
4. Adjournment
Nancy Carter moved and John Chamberlin seconded a motion to adjourn at 7:15 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
