1. Call to Order – Chair Fleischer called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.
2. Business Requiring Action
Superintendent Gersen nominated Sarah J. Curtis as Interim Assistant Principal for the Ray School.
Nancy Carter moved and Larry Pilchman seconded a motion to elect Sarah J. Curtis as Interim Assistant Principal, salary $31,000 for January through June 2007. The motion passed unanimously.
3. Adjournment
Nancy Carter moved and Larry Pilchmanseconded a motion to adjourn at 6:50 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
