Minutes
Present: Board members Asmus, Bruce, Carter, Chamberlin; Administrator Aubin
1. Call to order
Chair Asmus called the meeting to order at 12:00.
2. Business requiring action:
a. Approve use of $10,000 from the Brianna Weinstein Fund and other small cash amounts that have specifically accumulated for the Ray School Universal Playground for this project
John Chamberlin moved and Nancy Carter seconded a motion to accept all amounts under $5,000 given as donations for the Ray School Universal Playground, and further, to approve the use of these funds as well as the previously accepted $10,000 donation from the Brianna Weinstein Fund for said Ray School Universal Playground. The motion passed unanimously.
3. Adjournment
John Chamberlin moved and Bob Bruce seconded a motion to adjourn at 12:02 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 12:02 p.m.
