Present: Board members Addante, Callaghan, Mackall, Magavern Sachsse, Vitt; Administrators Gersen, Aubin, Kelley.

1. John Aubin and the Board members discussed the status of negotiations and determined the parameters for the bargaining sessions to be held in the coming weeks.

2. Linda Kelley updated the board on personnel matters.

3. The meeting adjourned at 9:29 PM.
