Present: Board members Gray, Sachsse, Vitt, Williams; Administrator Gersen
1. Call to order
Chair Sachsse called the meeting to order at 4:07 p.m.
2. Approval of new Marion Cross School Principal
The Superintendent placed in nomination Linda Kelley as Principal of the Marion Cross School for three years (2008-09 through 20010-11) at an initial salary of $90,000 for the 2008-09 year.
Linda Gray moved and Stan Williams seconded a motion to elect Linda Kelley as Principal of the Marion Cross School for three years (2008-09 through 2010-11) at an initial salary of $90,000 for the 2008-09 year. The motion passed unanimously.
3. Executive Session in accordance with Title 1, Section 313 for discussion of a personnel matter.
Stan Williams moved and Geoffrey Vitt seconded a motion to enter executive session in accordance with Title 1, Section 313 for discussion of a personnel matter at 4:08 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
4. Return to public session
The Board returned to public session at 4:25 p.m.
5. Adjournment
Linda Gray moved and Stan Williams seconded a motion to adjourn at 4:25 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 4:25 p.m.
