Minutes
Present: Board members Asmus, Bruce, Callaghan, Carpenter, Carter, Chamberlin, Fleischer, Gray, Sachsse; Administrators Gersen; and one member of the public.
1. Call to order
Chair Gray called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Appoint Superintendent Evaluation Committee
Chair Gray asked for volunteers to complete the Superintendent’s evaluation. John Chamberlin and Carey Callaghan volunteered to coordinate the process. By consensus, Board members agreed to complete open-ended responses via email to the respective Board delegates.
3. Adjournment
Nancy Carter moved and Robin Carpenter seconded a motion to adjourn at 7:07 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
