Present: Board members: Asmus, Callaghan, Carpenter, Carter, Chamberlin, Gray, Fleischer, Rose (left 8:30), Sachsse, Vitt; Administrator Gersen; no members of the public.
1. Call to order
Chair Gray called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Nonpublic session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3 for discussion of personnel matters
Nancy Carter moved and Kari Asmus seconded a motion to enter nonpublic session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3 for discussion of personnel matters at 7:00 p.m. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
3. Return to public session
The Board returned to public session at 9:20 p.m.
4. Adjournment
John Chamberlin moved and Robin Carpenter seconded a motion to adjourn at 9:20 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
