SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2005
6:45 P.M., MARION CROSS SCHOOL LIBRARY
Present: Board members Carter, Chamberlin, Cheney, Fleischer, Gray, Kaplan, Pilchman, Sachsse, Vitt; Administrator Gersen.
1. Call to order
Chair Gray called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.
2. Nonpublic session to
John Chamberlin moved and Mary Sachsse seconded a motion to enter nonpublic session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3 (I.a.) for discussion of personnel matters. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
3. Return to public session
The Board returned to public session at 7:25 p.m. Superintendent Gersen distributed information about the September 12 and 14 meetings with the Hanover and Norwich Selectboards.
4. Adjournment
Larry Pilchman moved and Geoffrey Vitt seconded a motion to adjourn at 7:28 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
