SPECIAL MEETING
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2004

MINUTES
Present: Board members Carter, Cassidy, Chamberlin, Grant, Gray, McNally, Segal, and Sachsse
1. Call to order
SAU Board Chair Nancy Carter called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m.
2. Election of Superintendent of Schools and approval of three (3) year contract from July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2007
Mary Sachsse moved and Anne Segal seconded the motion to elect Wayne Gersen as SAU #70 Superintendent of Schools for the period July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2007 and further to enter in to a three (3) year contract with Dr. Gersen for the aforementioned period; said contract as proposed and attached to the original minutes of the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
5. Adjournment
Steve Grant moved and John Chamberlin seconded a motion to adjourn at 9:10 a.m. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 9:10 a.m.
