Present: Board members Asmus, Carter, Cassidy, Chamberlin (6:19), Gray, McNally, Pilchman, Sachsse; Administrator Weissmann and no members of the public.

1. Call to order

Chair Carter called the meeting to order at 6:10 P.M.

2. Superintendent Search Workshop

Dr. William Zimmerman, Search Consultant from NESDEC (New England School Development Council), conducted a workshop for the Board regarding its role and responsibilities in the search process. Discussion centered around the development of the contract for the new Superintendent, the visits of the three finalists and the Board interviews with the candidates.

3. Adjournment

Mary Sachsse moved and John Chamberlin seconded a motion to adjourn at 7:06 P.M. The motion passed unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 7:06 P.M.
