MINUTES
Present: Board members Asmus, Carter, Cassidy, Chamberlin, Gray, McNally, Pilchman, Sachsse, Segal; and members of the Superintendent Search Committee.
In nonpublic session, the Board discussed the hiring and compensation of the Superintendent.
John Chamberlin moved and Larry Pilchman seconded a motion to come out of nonpublic session at 9:30 P.M. The motion carried unanimously.
The Board came out of nonpublic session.
