3. Final Review: Contents of QEC Interim Report
   1. Introduction providing overview of contents
   2. QEC Mission and Purpose
   3. 3-to-5 page document from each sub-committee that summarizes the sub-committee findings, identifying:
      1. Data we are currently collecting systematically (May be included in Appendix)
      2. Three-to-five recommended action steps that will facilitate continuous improvement
   4. Recommended action steps for QEC sub-committees, SAU faculties, Board (see attached yellow sheet)
4. Review Proposed Action Steps, Deadlines, SAU Survey (Yellow sheet, tan sheets)
   1. Sub-committees action steps
   2. Faculty action steps
   3. Board action steps
   4. Teacher Survey concept:
      1. Designed by SAU staff with review by subcommittees
      2. Ultimate goals of teacher survey: Engaging teachers in the process of defining a “quality education” and Determining what information teachers would value that would help them meet the needs of each student.
5. Determine “Next Steps” for full Committee
   1. Reminder of SAU Board presentation: June 4 at 7:00 PM
   2. Establish Sub-committee meeting dates between now and end of school year
   3. Set meeting following presentation to SAU Board on June 4
