In an effort to create a new committee, the Board asked that there be representation from the following:
- Representative from Town of Hanover, Town of Norwich selected by the Town Manager
- Representative from Town of Hanover recreation board, Town of Norwich Recreation Committee, selected by the Town Managers
- Three parent representatives from Hanover High
- Three at-large community representatives
- One student selected by the Hanover High Council
- Two Board members
