● We are celebrating Staff Appreciation Week, an opportunity to recognize the dedication and care of all SAU 70 staff. The work happening across our schools each day reflects their deep commitment to students and to one another. Thank you to all our incredible staff members that translate our district mission into action for our students and community, and thank you to our school boards for supporting these efforts.

● Somehow we’ve arrived at the moment where we begin planning for next year while also staying present in this year. For this summer, I’m working on organizing our New Staff Orientation, some summer learning sessions with administrators around credentialing, grant writing, thinking about mentoring our new district leaders, and all things curriculum/instruction/assessment. This includes a final push to publish remaining curriculum documents to the website and coordinating all summer curriculum work across the schools. Considering I started this position late summer last year, I am looking forward to having the whole summer with Robin to prepare for the 2026-2027 school year!
